In a consultation, we will talk about your current emotional state and using the Bach Flower system, will identify which flower essences fit your needs in an open and collaborative way. These sessions are an opportunity to learn while you are utilizing the flower essences to achieve a more balanced and positive emotional state. When the mind is happy and at peace, the body is able to better heal itself.
