Bach Flower

What are Bach Flowers

The Bach Flowers remedies were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach, an English physician and pathologist in the 1930’s.

Dr Bach believed that physical illness was heavily influenced by mental or emotional imbalance and by restoring that balance, the path to healing would be quicker and more effective. He developed a complete system of 38 remedies, each for a specific emotional and mental state.

How the remedies work

The Bach Flower Remedies work on the specific emotional conditions of the person. They can be used to help relieve daily stress, address mild mood concerns, calm anxious feelings and reduce frustration. For example they can address sadness, irritability, panic, worry, hopelessness, resentment anger and any other disturbing emotion, bringing inner peace into your life.

Health depends on being in harmony with our souls”- Edward Bach

Safety of the Bach Flowers

Bach Flower remedies are completely natural and have no unwanted side effect. They work gently and can safely taken by people of all ages from new-born babies to elderly people. They are also beneficial for animals.

“Healing with the clean, pure, beautiful agents of nature is surely the one method of all which appeals to most of us”- Edward Bach
